House cleaning is a tough job. It is dreadful when you have other responsibilities, whether at work, mom duties, or trying to live the work-life balance. Who wants to spend their day off from work dusting, scouring bathrooms, scrubbing floors, and doing laundry? Between responsibilities at work, children, and other commitments, these chores definitely fall to the bottom of the list.

Let's step away from laundry for a second. Why is it user-controlled? Because we are the ones who decide which driver to hire, we decide their fate by rating their driver profiles, we can make it look good or bad.
