It is a 2-acre park that is fenced-in, only those who reside in Gramercy and pay an annual fee can walk in the park. Originally, the access key was only for $10, but it gradually increased to $350 per key with a $1,000-2,000 fine for lost keys.
Members of the Players Club, National Arts Club, and guests of Gramercy Park Hotel have access to the park. There are several restrictions for visitors to the park– no liquor, smoke, walk a dog, play ball or Frisbee, feed squirrels and birds.

We use Perc free cleaning process. Despite being banned in many states, Perc is still being used by over 80% of dry cleaners, it's been proven to cause cancer and be extremely harmful to the environment and your clothes.
Dry Cleaning prices listed above are the base for standard item of that kind. The cost of dry cleaning depends on various factors including, but not limited to: fabric, size, and detailing (e.g. beading, pleats, etc).

Let’s cut the middle man and go straight to the consumer, and be completely clear and upfront about what you pay for and what you get.
